Ducati Partners With Mercedes-AMG

Ducati Partners With Mercedes-AMG - German luxury car manufacturer, Mercedes-Benz AMG in cooperation with the Italian motorcycle manufacturer, Ducati to form new partnerships, including sponsoring the Ducati MotoGP team.

Mercedes-AMG announced the partnership at Mercedes presentation at the Los Angeles Auto Show, where the MotoGP riders Nicky Hayden and President and Chief Executive Officer of Ducati, Gabriele Del Torchio at the event for the presentation.

This presentation also marks the debut of the Ducati Diavel in North America premiere with Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG new.

"Well, if this motor my company and this is my company car, I'd say I'm doing pretty good," said Hayden.

"We are very proud to have the AMG as one of our sponsors for the Ducati MotoGP team," said Gabriele del Torchio. "I am also very pleased that our joint marketing activities well under way. In AMG we have found the perfect partner reflects our brand values of high-performance, motorsport, our sense of excitement and unmistakable style and design."

Ducati and Mercedes-AMG will collaborate on marketing and sponsoring their activities, in which AMG will become the official automobile partner for the Ducati MotoGP team as well as for the riders Nicky Hayden and Valentino Rossi in 2011.

Ducati motorcycles will be available for test ride at the event AMG options, while the Mercedes-AMG will be available at the event Ducati choice.

Previously, Ducati and Mercedes-Benz already has a working relationship, namely the Mercedes-Benz ever take part at the World Ducati Week 2010, featuring a special edition of the Mercedes SLK200 Compressor Naked model.
