Honda Brio only to emerging markets

Emerging markets for many makes the light at the end of the tunnel. The global situation is complicated, and increase the number of units sold may be the solution.

The problem is that making a vehicle with a reasonable quality at a price set can be more difficult than many think. Still, the Japanese want to try to reach emerging markets like India, China and Thailand with his Honda Brio.

Their measures are contained (3,610 mm larog, 1,680 mm wide and 1,475 mm high), but can accommodate up to four passengers. The interior is very sober, and is adapted to the price range you will, but certainly looking at the pictures, it gives the impression of particularly poor quality.
As for the Honda engines Brio mount a 1.2 i-VTEC 80 hp, approving an average consumption of 5 liters per 100 kilometers. This engine is combined with an automatic gearbox.

The equipment is of course very basic, but if you can mount air conditioning, stereo with four speakers, power windows and two airbags for passenger and driver.

We only lack one thing to name the price, starting at 9,155 euros. Sales expectations are around the 40,000 units a year just for Thailand. stay in Automotive News World
